Where the top tier gather to teach, encourage and support the new gen of gamers

Over time, I've witnessed many new players join a game where he/she has been ridiculed for starting out and not being good enough to contend with the older players. More often then not, they get discouraged to a point where they abandon the game altogether and the community loses a potential player. This is designed to put an end to that. Whilst I believe bullying can never be abolished due to a genetic need to assert ones dominance, we can certainly minimize the impact it has by offering our support, advice and guidance to help the new players get to a level where they have the courage to play with the best of them.
