Third Generation of the Special Forces Unit: XOF

In 1964 the black ops cell called XOF was first deployed to follow an operative of their counterparts known as FOX. Their job was to monitor and clean up after operations of the FOX unit during a covert invasion of the Soviet Union to recon their nuclear arms. During the 70's when FOX was disbanded, a change of hands took place in the XOF, and the cell became a division. That division was known as CIPHER. No longer affilliated with the CIA, CIPHER began covert operations focused on their own path to power. In 1984, the leader of the XOF known as Skull Face was KIA by the Diamond Dogs: an organization fighting for world peace, with ex-members of the FOX program.

Now, over 30 years later, the XOF has been revitalized. Under new leadership and with the help of brave men and women, 3XOF will pave the way to a better, brighter future for all mankind. This is the Third installment of the XOF.
