It has been five years since the complete destruction of the German madness that had intended to destroy the Russian people, and plague the entire continent with fascism. One year after the end of the Great Patriotic War, the reconstruction of towns and factories had begun. The might of the people were triumphant and Russia has been restored to it's former gloury.

The USSR now recognizes and supports the People's Democratic Republic of Korea, after gaining its independence from Japan. I wish that future interactions with this nations will lead to further conviviality. To communism's triumph lead on!
