We are now withdrawing from the feild of battle with a Victory!!!,and more Pride!!! I and The Republic of Samoa formally declare war on the Empire of France.

I Isaac Boone herby institute a Policy of Capitolization of the Territories. I will assign a Capitol to each Territorie were construction will begin on the Capitol Buildings/Goverment complexes for each one.
