Well, my friend didnt get enough credit for his creepypasta. Here it is, so he gets a shout out, of some sort:



Persona Q : Quest for Acceptance


Let me just start this Creepypasta by pulling an "I HATE YOU", this is not something that continued to haunt me afterwards, or had hyper realistic blood all over the walls.
At no point will I claim that Funnymouth came to rape me in my sleep with BEN Drowned, Sonic.exe, and Shrek wanking off in the corner. Good? Good. Also, there will be
self-referencing and jokes, because this isn't really a creepypasta, just an alternate ending, or maybe it was a creepypasta, I don't even fucking know. Anyways, lets
start with the basics. I'm Chris, a 13 years old, Fucked up little child of Society. Anti-Social, No Life, Greedy, Self-Centered, you name it. But I guess that's what
happens when your father raises you to be an Anime-Loving, Game-Playing, Internet-Browsing Memelord. But you may just call me "Rock", its a sort of nickname I have made for
myself across my travels on the internet.


The game in question in this Not-So-Creepypasta? Persona Q, the oddball of the series. If you have been living under a rock, or just don't do Japan shit, Persona is
a spin-off of the Shin Megami Tensei RPG Series, both developed by Atlus. Where high school kids go off to fight demons because long ago 2 gods fucked or something and then
went "Okay I fucking hate your guts." and broke up, one decided to kill 5000 humans a day, and the other said they would bring 5050 humans to the living world a day. Hijinks
ensue, including Hitler, Murder Golems, Slaughternaughts, and All kinds of WAAAAAACKY adventures. Anyways, I was playing the oddball of the series, Persona Q, which
plays more like another Atlus RPG, Etrian Odyssey, and combines the casts of Persona 3 and Persona 4 for WAAAAAACKY adventures. The game revolves around Zen & Rei, two
mysterious school members who have amnesia, and a weird school where no one reacts to them, and they have a class festival. The festival tries to kill you.


By that I mean they're labyrinths, inside 4 different school activity's they have secret treasures, which each one gives a new memory. Yada Yada, enough backstory, game
time. So I was in the 3rd dungeon, the Evil Spirit Club, this dungeon revolved around spooooky tactics and puzzles to get through, along with constantly being chased by giant
asphyxiated blue baby's, and evil blobs with dolls on their head. After a while, I had made it to the 4th floor, to which I found a stairway back to a secret part of the 3rd
floor, no this isn't creepy yet, its normal. Anyways, I went down, fell down some stairs or something, did an obnoxious key card puzzle, whatever, and FINALLY got to the
boss room. I saved right outside it before going in, As usual, the nightmare fuel cutscene played, the nightmarish doctor and his nurses toying around with a common enemy,
before spotting you, crushing its head, and attacking you. Though something seemed odd as I entered Battle, it seemed much more... aggressive, its attacks doing more dmg, and
it seemed to be taking a lot more abuse, I even knew because I was overleveled, I mean, it WAS the highest difficulty, but I don't remember anything like this... he barely did
anything on normal mode, I was around the same level as then too, though I did think it had something to do with the FUCKING NURSES HEALING AND BUFFING HIM. God, I hate those
shits.


As I took down the nurses, they seemed to have something planned, they immediately staggered, before stabbing the doctor with both their giant needles. If I hadn't mentioned,
the doctor had a stitched and deformed face, as well as the nurses, and was huge and bulky, coming with a giant tweezer like weapon that has spikes on the inside, he uses it
to crush his foes, as for the nurses, they are in blue and red dress's respectively, with giant syringes that they use to buff and heal the doctor, as well as debuff enemies.
They had NEVER done this shit before. As they did this, they fully healed the doctor, and then I saw a message across the top of the screen. Rise, my Navigator, informing me
of something. "The Nurses have injected their life into the doctor! The doctor has gotten stronger for the rest of the fight!" I instantly frowned, closed the 3DS, and
walked away, all the while chanting "NOPE NOPE NOPE", then I stopped, went back and picked up the 3DS. I was contemplating things. A, If it was a ghost, I doubt anyone would
miss me if it killed me. B, I may have seen a shit ton of creepypasta's from Mutahar (Great Channel BTW), but still, I am a curious bitch, and from having friends who were
stabbed in the back, literally, and just knowing about the shit the world has from a young age, I really wouldn't be that surprised. C, I could right a creepypasta
afterwards! It'll be my dying legacy, maybe I can even get Mutahar to read it before I get killed by Dark Matter Jizz Rockets from a ghost's Level 99 Magatsu-Izanagi!


Anyways, while tough, Overleveled meant Overleveled no matter what, so I slowly but surely beat him, All I had to do was just spam attacks, heal when I got low, use wind to
target his weakness, and occasionally use binding attacks when Ken got off his lazy ass enough to crit. Oh yah, battle, I shoulda said about that. This is a Pokémon-style
game, meaning weakness's are everywhere. And they almost never make sense! Like a tongue being weak to wind. Its stupid, but fun! I have a pretty balanced party, I use
Yosuke, A really fast physical hitter for wind attacks, Zen & Rei, who pretty much learn something for anything, for finding weakness's and party management, my leader, who
learns fire attacks of both Magic AND Physical, for all around coverage, Ken, who learns light and lightning attacks as well as revival skills, for instant kills and more
party management, and I use Yukiko, who learns fire and healing, for survivability, and when she gets a crit, nuking the shit out of everyone. Quaint, Right?

Anyways, After I beat him, something weird happened, he hunched over, about to fall, but he said something that kind of made me wonder something. "I'm sorry... I couldn't
save you... But its fine... You will be in a better place now..." He immediately dispersed into darkness and I went to the EXP receiving screen. As I lvled up thrice on all
party members, I wondered about something. This game main story was that the labyrinth's all represent key parts of Rei's death, which we find out later, and that Zen had,
for lack of better words, "fallen" for Rei, and was originally Chronos, the god of time... and death. He made the labyrinths and brought you here so Rei could experience
what she always wanted to experience before she died. But by the time you find this, she rejects it, than the shadows abduct her and you need to get her back from Zen's
original form, locked in the clock tower. Then she finally accept it, you all go back to the school and have fun with her, they go off, and the people from both games
go back to their games, both the cast's forgetting it ever happened.


But... We don't learn that until the end of the fourth dungeon. I chuckled, my dog on my lap stirring abit and cuddling up to me as I sat on the couch. What if I
somehow unlocked some sort of... Secret Ending? I mean, its understandable, my 3DS was pretty... worn down, and the cartridge did have some questionable bugs at times,
So I sorta... went on. After that, they played a cutscene where they discussed what It could have meant, Naoto, the detective in the group, immediately realizing Rei's secret,
but kept it to themselves. They decided to reveal it at the end of the next dungeon, which, from scouting with the navigators, was a Culture Festival. They then went on like
normal, and I decided to check out the Culture Festival, but it was... kind of off. The first and second floor were the same, but when I got the last two, the environment
changed dramatically, instead of the whole cheery festival during the day vibe, it changed to a peaceful, but yet vibrant kind of night environment, this made me happy for
two reasons. A, It made it seem like the ending would be more... Accepting, and two, that meant I didn't have to go do the infuriating puzzles of 3 and 4, The miniboss's
changed too, instead of the festive ones from early, they were more peaceful, one looking firework themed, and the other seemed to be some sort of mystical dancer.


As I got to the end floor, though, the entire thing changed dramatically. It resembled the final boss room from the original, old and battered. But this looked more...
abandoned. It was much more abandoned. There were blue flames on either sides of each tile in the narrow walkway, they flickered, and distorted when you got near, at the end
was a door, and a save point, the door looked like... a bedroom door. As I opened it after saving, I saw Rei's Shadow, in the middle, balled up and crying on the floor. She
was in a hospital dress, torn and beaten, her stuffed rabbit Niko clutched to her chest, she slowly got up, sniffling as she looked at them. "I don't want to die... Why...
Why must I live for nothing! My mother hated me... She left me to die in that hospital... every day I suffered... and every day I just wished I could be a normal girl...
Why... WHY!" Claws of darkness gripped the screen, initiating battle. As it zoomed in on Rei's shadow, she clutched her bunny tighter, a small card appearing infront of her.
It broke, revealing her Persona. Alice. It hovered over her, looking at the screen with an innocent, yet creepy grin. It started to make sense. Rei, or her shadow,
was in even more denial, enough to have her kill us so she could have a second chance at life, a sacrifice if you will. It only was confirmed as I went into battle, her
very first move, Which was also Alice's signature move. Die For Me. A dark attack that had a high chance of instant kill. It targeted leader. I swore, leader had a weakness
to darkness, and if he died... everyone did. As Alice grinned, a cutscene happened, Ken, in a fit of sacrifice, pushed leader aside, Taking the hit. I smiled. Even if he too
had a weakness to dark, he was easily revivable. As soon as Rei saw this though... she stopped. She just took the life an innocent child, her sense's coming back to her. Her
Persona vanished, and she fell to her knees crying, Leader did something I didn't expect. He commanded Yukiko to revive Ken, which he came back, then, a command prompt for
an All-Out Attack came up. "...She's down for the count. Stop her suffering." The only option was yes, as no was greyed out, So I hit yes, I did feel sorry for her...


The animation played, and as the dust faded, it showed a large "9999" over her head, a long slash mark across her chest. She let out a final weep, before falling to the
ground, dispersing. As the battle ended, the usual happened, memory's came back, Rei ran away, and the game went back to normal for a while. As I climbed through the
final dungeon, the enemies started to show less, until there were barely any encounters at all. I was thankful for it, as It would make the final battle that much harder.
But it was still kind of creepy, nothing too much though, just eerie, like that sense of uneasiness when exiting a horror game. You know nothings wrong, but you cant help
but feel creeped out. Anyways, as we finally got to the top, I sighed, Before noticing something I hadn't noticed before... There were only 7, normally there were 9
floors, but it just had the 7 mini floors before the two really big floors, I was worried, but then I remembered how much I grinded in the last dungeon, so I shoved that
aside. I slowly put the 3DS down, deciding to take a break for a while. I decided to msg a friend on Steam, The Kid Pyro, and tell him about what happened, he loved Persona,
so he would get it. But as I expected, he thought I was pulling a prank or something, he was skeptical about this stuff, and I didn't blame him. A while passed, and my
parents eventually went to bed, leaving me to finish the game. I mean, it isn't a spooky vibe if you don't play it alone, I mean, if I played it with other people around,
that would make me a smart protagonist, and that belongs in good Creepypasta's, like Funnymouth.


Anyways, as I went to the top of the tower, which was not that hard may I add, the cutscene played for the Captor Spider, and things went smoothly. But after I fought him...
I noticed something. There was no Chronos battle, Zen & Rei reunited, and both of them made up, everyone was happy, and another cutscene played. It was the one after you
beat Chronos, when everyone's having a good time, but there was one difference, right when everyone was in the Velvet Room, the place where you make Persona's, about to go
back to their worlds, the small floor started to shake. The doors floated away and the furniture disappeared, on the floor, a clock symbol formed. I instantly knew what
was happening. A masculine, monotone drone-like voice confirmed it. "The Time Has Come." Chronos slowly revealed himself in all his Clocky Glory. Though he was noticeably
different, his armor was not on him, instead, he was surrounded in the hands of a clock, his actual flesh visible behind them as is limbs rotated and turned in impossible
ways, his flesh snapping as it slowly fused with the clock hands, a sheet of armor appearing around his deformed limbs and body, his entire body now resembling clock
hands both pointing at the number 4. I rolled my eyes. Cliché. Yes Atlus, We know your from Japan, we know the number 4 sounds like death there. You don't have to be so
cliché. Anyways, the fight was more or less the same, but as he got more and more damaged, the sheet of armor started to break around his body, slow, small blood lakes of
blood leaked out of them, they were noticable, yes, but they weren't as Cliché as some of the terrible creepypasta's Mutahar's read, I'm looking at you Kirby's Deadland.


After I beat him, the ending had gone as normal, or, well, as normal as It could be considering we kind skipped some of the stuff, and it ended with Margaret doing her usual
fourth wall breaking speech, but at the end, she said something different. "And so you know the story of this world and what It originally was made for, But we shall not be
repeating this story. Alas, Tis could be quite the tale to tell, I advise you not attempt to break down this world anymore, Or, Perhaps, I do not. It is entirely up to you.
But remember. Your fate is in the cards." And the Credits rolled, Then, With nothing left to do, I smiled and looked at my save files, that save file from the Persona 3
Leader Story was gone, but I didn't mind. The whole Reason I did that was to unlock the Velvet Siblings Boss, so I decided to go do that. I believe Margaret would give me a
very, VERY interesting time...
