YouTube video length and upload times?

I'm wondering about what lenghts you'd prefer on different YouTube videos, and at what times you'd like to have them uploaded.

Currently, most of my let's play episodes are around 30 minutes long, and I tend to upload two episodes daily at 12:00 and 18:00 (GMT+1). Should they be shorter, or longer? Uploaded at different times?

What about montages and such? Is longer better than several smaller ones? Post your thoughts in here :)

I think better cut them to 15-20 minutes , upload time is good , any montage is good but i prefer long

So 15-20 minute episodes. If I got two different playthroughs, should I upload one of them at 12:00 and the other at 18:00, or should I upload one episode of each at both times? :)
