It was released on August 13, 2013, for PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 via digital distribution and retail. An enhanced version (Payday 2: Crimewave Edition) for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 was released on June 12th, 2015 for Europe and June 16th for North America.
