A: Reclaimed and Refined metals are used in TF2 to do things such as crafting. metal is also used as a form of currency, which is the reason why Techy is offering metal for your cards.

Q: How do I start a trade with Techy?
A: for newer users, you can add Techy. he has a few commands to help you though the process. If you know how Techy works, however, feel free to just send him a trade using his Tradelink.

Q: what exactly are these commands, and what do they do?
A:⠀!help = Techy gives you a quick summary of how he works.
⠀ ⠀!rates = Techy will tell you how much metal he can give per card.
⠀ ⠀!owner = links you to me, in case anything happens to Techy.

A: Techy will inform you of the problem in chat.

Q: Why did Techy un-add me? I liked him :(
A: Techy will automatically un-add people if his friends list is full. feel free to re-add him when you want to sell him more cards!
