Just to be clear, this post is not claiming Superior Propane to be good or bad.

I'm just going to list some facts.

Feb 23rd, 2025 - Superior calls my 7 year old mother who set up a delivery over 3 weeks prior.
-They tell her she doesn't need propane and is wrong about needing delivery.
-She tells them she is around 1% left. They tell her she has 'no idea what she is talking about'.
-She calls them back 3-4 times to try and have propane delivered.

Feb 24th, 2025 - 8:30 a.m. - My Mom runs out of propane, they say they can't deliver for 3-4 days because her delivery has been moved... she will be last in queue. They tell he it is HER FAULT.
-She spent her day (8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. trying to get delivery set up.
-They either claim she is wrong, or blame her for the mistake.
-They also mention they couldn't deliver anyway because today they are dealing with customers that haven't had propane for 3-4 days.

**Best they will do is TRY and deliver Feb 25th, but can't promise delivery until April 1st.**
-To be clear they actually said 'We can't promise delivery for 3-4 days'.

Just some information for those looking for a propane company or looking to switch.
