So, here we are again for some special news.
The answer from the factory has arrived very quickly and we are now officially allowed to produce clothes with the original Overkill Software logo! This sounds great!
Big CONGRATS to all who can not wait to get their gear.
We will start slowly so please dont push us too much, we will answer all your questions as soon as possible!
Everything is clear now and we have all we need to start with this piece by piece, yet we dont want to waste time.
We are very hopeful that you can get your gear here very soon!!

The evidence has arrived us very fastly. Big thx to Almir for the support. We will send it to the guys, manufacturing the stuff and now we only have to wait for the answer. I will call the factory again tomorrow and maybe I can clear this a little bit faster on this way ;)
We are coming our goal a little bit nearer each day - you see it.

Here are some NICE news.
The factory where we will produce the clothes want an evidence from Overkill Software to make sure, we are allowed to use their logo. When this is done we can start to produce our clothes ;)
We hope that Overkill Software will give us an evidence for the factory soon! Or maybe Overkill will contact them directly.
We are getting closer, but still we need a little bit more time!
But we are sure that we can begin with the merchandise very soon.

I'll try to answer your questions below;

Regarding leaderboards

We will look into Fresh leader boards and update the community when and if we implement it.

Q1: I hope you can clear up things about overkill trademark

1 of the T$E admins wants to make sweaters/shirts and wants to use the overkill logo also . I told him to contact you guys about this .
We hope you can say what is possible and what not .

A1: Regarding clothes and other stuff

We've agreed that it's a great idea and we're happy to support fans wanting to do PAYDAY gear for themselves - and even sell it if they want.
BUT - there are some rules.

For every type of product you do where you use PAYDAY, Starbreeze or OVERKILL Software assets and names - every different t-shirt, shirt, hoodie etc. the following applies;

- You can make a maximum of five hundred (500) items of a specific design. When this limit is reached you will have to ask us for permission again before you can proceed making more.

- You will have to send us four (4) of the design, paying from your own pockets, to our office in Sweden. These will be stored for safekeeping and used by the Dev team, by Wolf and others. You will have to do this at the very beginning - before you create all the others.
