S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call Of Pripyat, Multiplayer : MISERY 2.0
Hey all,

Is someone interested in playing Call of Pripyat with the misery 2.0 mod? Its a full concept modification which includes alot of visual changes like way better textures, light effects aswell as better AI, weather, new items, enhanced realism...
It's a bunch of fun.

ah. i thought you meant that at first, but then didn't see you say the word "Online," so thought you might be just spreading the good word.

I am reinstalling STALKER and have downloaded the mod, so we'll have a go soon. Haven't played in so long I'll need to get into a bit solo first.

We may have to play via Hamachi (Lan). The internet thing doesn't seem to work for me and I can't find any content / threads in the internet about the multiplayer.

Odd. I've never heard of Hamachi. You'll have to fill me in on that.

It's a piece of software which simulates a lan-network for us so we can play via the lan option.

I did some "research" in the internet about the multiplayer. So unfortunately it is no co-op (playing the story together) which means it is not that great. I'm sorry to say that.
Though MISERY 2.0 is still an amazing experience in singleplayer.

I can't get the mod to install. Keeps telling me it can't find STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl on my system. I have both SoC and CoP installed. Any ideas?

It's impossible to play misery on coop. It would take years to let it run multiplayer TDM. But creating a mod allowing you to play Co-oP on misery would mean reprogramming the whole game from start. It would be easier for groups of modders but it's still creating the whole game.
