Make sure you change your coat of arms identical to the screenshot that's on my profile, and instead of the crest with 1 red feather and 2 white feathers just use the crest with the 1 white feather.

Due to the last two events failing because of the lack of participation, i have decided that i will be kicking people who do not respond to this post, i am doing it this way so that i know who is active and who is not.
