JolNar scored Usurper. Letnev would have scored Usurper if JolNar had not taken Mecatol Rex just before he could claim it.
Hacan had Bureaucrat but could not score it because JolNar's overwhelming influence and the tension around Mecatol Rex.
Saar had Explorer.

One of my greatest shame. It is only 1-2 rounds away from completion and we had a completion date lined up but I had to cancel due to a programming project and we never picked it up again because time moved on.
Would pick it up again because it's close from finish and I want my points (I did pretty ok VP wise)
