Currently all games are played using TableTop SImulator (TTS), and PsiComa's Steam Workshop mod for Shattered Ascension.

All group members should be able to create discussion threads for putting together games and times. We've been using the Steam event management page for scheduling official events - though unfortunately you'll have to consider GMT when scheduling for all players because Steam events only schedule in your local declared timezone.

If you can't create an event or a discussion thread, definitely contact an administrator of the group. For voice chat, we have been using Skype over the built-in TTS chat or Steam voice-chat, but open to recommendations going forward.
