We need Group Moderators!

What we are looking for is someone with a detailed application, good knowledge of the game and who is up and/or able to do the job.

This will be an on-going project, so don't think because you applied first you'll get it...
This will be planned through thorougly by dapper ferret, and myself.
The reason for four moderators is, once you have been selected to be a Moderator you will be put on a trial, if you succeed and do well in this trial you have the chance of becoming permanently Moderator. Only two people will get through, if not one. If you do exceptionally well as a Moderator you will perhaps become an administrator. However, that is a new topic and won't happen anytime soon.

I am not going to make a simple copy+paste thing that you just fill in, I want it to be detailed and for you to add your own ideas...
