Alright, guys, listen tight:

Starting today, TFF is now owned by CapnDev and myself. This is something that has been discussed for a while, and it is now come to an agreement.

What does this mean? First of all, it means that the spirit of TFF will remain the same. I intend on keeping things as they are as far as rules and what we do as a community is concerned. Steve and G'Sus are still helping us out manage donations and keeping the servers paid for. As a matter of fact, Steve has reverted our donation system back to the way it was due to the fact that Paypal was giving us issues with players taking donations back and the like. Last time I checked, that's not how a donation works. The original owners of TFF have been ascended into the realm of the "Godfathers of TFF." They still have their powers, but none of the responsibility. Kinda like Executive Producers. SUPER cushy job.

CapnDev will primarily be keeping tabs on everything coding-wise: Maintaining the servers, patching bugs, testing/adding new bosses/features, etc. I will be on the other end of the spectrum, being the "face" of TFF. Essentially heading up disciplinary actions (TF2 pun intended), keeping in touch with the community, (hopefully) planning special events, and managing current admins, and establishing new ones. With that being said, I got some things I wanna address.

It's no secret that a lot of us aren't on TF2 like we were. Some of you guys have completely stopped playing TF2 altogether. That's fine, I'm not judging you for it. However, I need to know who's still serious about staying as an admin for us. Either reply to this thread, send me a message over Steam, PM me on the forums, or I'll be getting in contact with you all personally. I wanna revitalize this community, and a charge of some new team members will assist in that goal, as well.

I hope you guys are excited, because I sure as hell am. Let's continue keeping TFF awesome. I know we will.

Hey Admins!

Great job so far on helping get the server populated again now that they are fixed. While I encourage you guys to have fun and show people a reason to love our community
Make sure that these fun rounds are not so often and/or annoying that the servers are no longer about VSH. Also remember that admin powers are to be used for GOOD not EVIL. Therefore please limit and pay attention to when your using your powers.

For example, lets make sure we are not respawning ourselves or others in the middle of a round, or letting people change classes, etc. Becuase then we are helping people exploit the game.

As a rule of thumb I like to say fun rounds should be once every couple of hours. Or another good way is to only do fun rounds when you are hale, then you no longer have to choose a favorite who gets to be the hale, and no one who wants to play hale looses their usual round.

] I know that it is our most populated server and all our friends are there, but we need to 1. have a presence in all servers and 2. encourge people to use our other servers.
