Stress Fortress - VR small update

Changelog:
-Fixed enemies not attacking as much as they should have (increased difficulty!)
-Helicopters no longer trigger base alarm

I've also updated the PBO file for dedicated server owners.
This update installs automatically if you've subscribed to Stress Fortress - VR.
