Less flashes, smokes, mollies etc. For T's at least.

There is a bug in the AFK detection code. Sometimes T and CT will spawn so that if one of them is enterprising they could run and kill the other within a second of the round starting.

However the AFK code will then "think" that the dead person has never moved from their starting position, even if they might have made a couple of steps, prepped a nade, fired back, etc. Because they never made it far enough from their spawn before dieing. They will therefore be kicked to spectators even while being a perfectly active player.
