Hello,
When i start a game the game said iI'm in america north, but I live in europe...
Someone know how it's work?

You can change your region yourself. Under the Versus (Online) mode, if you choose quickmatch, it'll ask to set the region. And under the Lobby mode, pick lobby option (third menu down) to set your region.
