there is both rare sets and normal sets rate is different
rare sets include foils
none of that is a bug

The 106 keys for level 60 on !level 60 seems to be a bug i'll look into that.

The 0.55 means u will have to use gems for half the sets use 8 keys and gems for the rest
Or buy 9 and only use half the sets you get
To sum it up
Buying 8 keys would not get you there, buying 9 would get you more sets than you need.

And why is it 18 keys for level 80 but it's 100 and something keys for level 60?

can you explain how to use the level i want to be level 60 or 80 i am level 23 does the bot detect that? Cause i want to be level 60 but if i trade the bot it's going to make me level 80 instead right? And also what does it mean by 8.55 keys i do understand 8 key but what's the ".55" thing.

You can sell them back to the bot at a loss or to another bots.
All steam bots check your bagdes if u crafted the set or not. Not your inventory
