To face ir up, people that are spreading flames, should get punished, i was banned for less from the German forum.

The new ones are also doing many mistakes, i earned two warnings due my German posts, both are removed, one directly and the other due a German mod.

It was not even a rule break, they just used a translation tool, and thought i broke the rules.

There are some rumors, and some discussions, i really need to share this.

Fact is that Valve now hired several people to do Mod work, they have the Mod badge and the Valve tag when posting. (but they work for the Steam Support)

They moderate almost every forum, unless the devs of the game say no.

When you get a warning or a ban form this guys, it have the Support tag.

They grow and they also work with translators, thats why im posting this.

Killa and all the other good mods left due the new managment, the paid mods do their work, but they need much more time to learn to be a mod.

Sometimes people need to be pointed in the right direction. If that doesn't take, I think the tough love/harsh reality approach is justified.

I agree they are often used inappropriately and offer nothing constructive, however IMO sometimes they can provide a reply, by themselves or combined with a comment.

Sure, i just saw to often people spreading random yt videos, if they would contribute someting to the topic, i would say hey why not, but in most cases, people are just spamming because they can.

Iam not against good memes, just like said its hard to handle them on a public forum.

I really dislike people that are spamming there copy and paste comments, and didnt even bother to check profiles nor the complete story.

Also the people that come to the VAC forum to get a LOL......
