Either phishing or potentially malware/trojan giving the hijacker remote control of your pc and the ability to make changes to your account from your own computer.

Part 2 of this scam is just plain ole' social engineering and a fake "opskins" account.

Basically, due to increased account security the scammers are getting a little creative but still incredibly obvious.

Agree with the above. Kind of sounds like hijacking/phishing or whatever. I see people are still clicking shady links (which is to be expected by now, obviously) so that should do it.
