I hope this will not be the "new standard" for every release update.
Update : after each Steam client restart, it does the same thing.
They will self-center in the middle of the screen ; it does not remember their last placed position.
Update nr 2 : it's not even related about restart > each time you close the window with X (say, friend's list) > the next time you open the window back, it will default to the center of the screen.
Also, all the saved cookies, browser preference and passwords, all deleted.
All window position and preference in the overlay, all reseted.
Activating it does nothing. You broke it.
Also, you broke spell correction even further. Now there aren't even any suggestions in the context menu, but it underlines every single word, even if disabled.
Nope, the update reset the Steam browser cache which includes custom dictionaries.
EDIT: Actually, yes. The spell correction IS even more broken than before. No suggestions in the context menu anymore.
Bugreport about this issue:
Spellcheck shows no suggestions for languages provided by Windows

" Fixed a couple localization errors ".
English Literacy begins with you...
If their English is this bad...
Just imagine how bad their script kiddy "code" ( programming ) is...
No wonder CSGO2 & Steam have so many " hacks " & " bugs / exploits ".
Scraping the Bottom of the Barrel of the Industry nowadays...
The adjective use of couple, without of, has been called nonstandard, but it is not. In both British and American English it is standard before a word (such as more or less) indicating degree.
Its use before an ordinary plural noun is an Americanism, common in speech and in writing that is not meant to be formal or elevated. Looks like you've got some studying to do before you apply for a job at Valve.
Plus one for broken High Contrast Mode. I had it enabled and this update borked it.
