Exported Clip Audio Sped up/Compressed Glitch
The clip will play normally in Steam. After exporting from Steam, the clip will play fine on VLC.

However, that same exported clip, will have its audio (not its video) sped up when the file is played through other software/devices such as on a phone or Mac's Quicktime.
