Bug: Moonbase Commander has severe graphical issues when game recording is active or a screenshot is taken
Steam version: 1.0.0.83 for Fedora 42.
GPU: NVidia RTX 2060 SUPER
Driver version: 575.64.05 proprietary
Game: Moonbase Commander (app ID 254880)

As soon a Steam tries to capture the video of the game (in its default fullscreen) in any way, the screen stops updating, and just jitters back and forth between two corrupted versions of what it was last displaying.
