try going into your audio settings and turning up the bitrate of your output device

I have the same issue but mine gets way worse over time, by the end of my Dota 2 match today the audio was delayed by over 30 seconds. I have theories but I don't know for sure yet what could be causing it. The possibilities I could think of:
1 - alt+tabbing adding a small delay every time you do it
2 - an issue with multi-monitor setups
3 - an issue GPU hardware encoding
4 - raw recordings folder being on a HDD instead of SSD

I don't think 2 or 4 cause the issue, since I have the problem but I have only one monitor, and my recording folder is on a SSD

Old post, but wanted to say disabling hardware encoding helped fixed audio desync for me on BF6, thank ya stranger!
Finally fixed my issues, it was my old headset's audio drivers, got a new one, different brand(new is HyperX), works fine now
