Xbox will use a stripped down version of Windows that still acts as a console but has the ability to be used as a mini-pc.
well every single Xbox OS has always been a watered down version of Windows lol; Xbox and Xbox 360 both used a modified Windows 2000, Xbox One used Windows 8 and eventually a modified Windows 10, and Xbox Series I think uses modified Windows 10 although not sure if they migrated to bootleg 11
This time, they're working with the Windows team to create this monster.
