workshop download how do i

i downloaded ages ago a thing to steam workshop space engineers i accidently have deleted it
i have forgot how to download to the steam workshop forgive me i am 60 yrs old lol .How do go about downloading to workshop again please any help

go to your library, click on the game you desire, click workshop tab, search for the content or if you save it to your favorites look there.
