What's the difference b/w the normal Steam profile background and mini background in Steam summer sale 2020?

Guys I wanna know that what's the difference between the normal Steam animated profile background and the mini Steam animated profile background in Steam summer sale 2020, so please someone explain it to me in a nutshell as simple as possible!
