Hello, good evening, I would like to report an error that Steam has caused in my games. Everything started when I was playing Silksong. A friend sent me a message through the chat system, but at the end of the conversation, the game became very slow and started freezing, something that had never happened to me before, and my computer is new and has a graphics card. I had played it without problems in borderless windowed mode, but from that moment all my games can no longer be played in that mode because they run very slowly, even though I had already played them on ultra quality and at the maximum available FPS.

Only by disabling borderless windowed mode could I play them properly again, but I prefer borderless windowed mode. Is there any possible solution?
