ISSUE
Multiple elements are not correctly displayed in High Contrast Mode:

• Toolbar Preferences (Settings > In Game) uses default style background
  
• Notification panel has its border applied twice (white outline is twice as thick as on other menus)
  
• Completed download entries have broken outline (The white outline is only visible on the right side of the banner image, not all around)

STEPS

• Enable High Contrast Mode
  
• Navigate to each location described in the issues above
  
• Go to Settings > In Game > Click "Toolbar Preferences"
  
• Open the notification panel (top right of the main window)
  
• Complete a download and view its entry on the download page
  
• Confirm the described issues in each location

RESULTS
The visual issues described above occur in High Contrast Mode.

EXPECTED
These visual issues do not happen in High Contrast Mode.
