ISSUE
The Steam client is not downloading the default build of Forts (BuildID 19531180) for a particular user. Instead, they receive the files from BuildID 18834018 which was launched in June.

Install Forts
Run Forts
Open the Multiplayer menu

RESULTS
Version shown in main menu is different to the expected version
No public lobbies appear as the build is out of date

EXPECTED
The Steam client downloads the build currently set to 'default' when no beta has been specified.

ATTEMPTED FIXES
Verify game files
Reinstall game
Clear download cache
Repair Library
Change download region from Sydney to Melbourne
Opt into beta for the current version
Verify Steam Version is up-to-date
