DOTA 2 - Downloaded Games Cannot be Deleted
ISSUE
I cannot delete the downloaded games in history in Dota 2. Although I delete every one of them by hand, they just reappear. I tried deleting them in the destination folder but it didn't work either.

OS
Windows 11

STEPS
Select WATCH from the main menu
Select REPLAYS
Select DOWNLOADS

RESULTS
None of the downloaded games cannot be deleted and if I delete, they keep reappearing, thus, slowly but surely, eating my storage space.

EXPECTED
Deleted games shouldn't reappear.
