The playtime de-syncs even more after playing in Offline Mode after de-syncing them.
IMPORTANT: This is an expansion of my post about Playtime De-Sync (link here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/groups/SteamClientBeta/discussions/0/601917139265459334/).

Issue: When playing in Steam's official Offline Mode, the local playtime counter is active, but the server playtime counter is disabled, resulting in the 2 playtime's numerical difference growing. This is only possible when the playtime de-sync glitch is in effect.


OS: Windows 11 (the bug is independent from the OS)


Version: Stable Client


Explanation: If the playtime glitch I mentioned here (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/groups/SteamClientBeta/discussions/0/601917139265459334/) is in effect, turning on Offline Mode, and playing only increases your local playtime, and leaves the server playtime as if you haven't played. This also makes it so that the server playtime is only shown after closing the game, not after launching the game.


I would love to see Valve check and fix this glitch too.
