ISSUE
I noticed a discrepency in behavior between launching a game from within library and from task bar right click steam(the little one to the far right) while using "Foundry", not sure if its limited to foundry or a widespread issue.

OS
Arch Linux

STEPS
Set foundry to "Skip launcher"
Right click steam(the little one to the far right)
start the game from context menu(using the latest games)


RESULTS
experience steam ignoring Selected launch Option.

EXPECTED
Launch the game in the same way as through within library.
