Glitches look like this on store page or in chat or other web elements.

Please ignore the black bars i just tried to make chat unreadable cos i want to keep it private.

These glitches re appear on exact same spots when mouse overing over chat it appears when closing steam and restarting it, the only way it go's away if you close steam then clear shader cache via cleanmgr and then within radon software as well before starting back up steam, so it may be corrupt shader issue with steam.

I wanna note it always appears when hovering over stuff like in chat but also in store page etc anywhere that has similar effect.
