Steam Client: Small Mode not remembering last position.
ISSUE
Small Mode fails to remember last window position

OS
Windows 11 (25H2)
Steam Client October 2025 Update (current)

STEPS
Navigate client menu: View -> Small Mode

RESULTS
Small Mode enables, but resets to middle top position of screen.
Note: Friends List is unaffected, behaving as expected.

EXPECTED
Small Mode window returns to previously set position.
