My client language is Turkish.

I am trying to change first language option to English on account settings / language preferences. But when I close and open steam. It returns to Turkish.

I have confirmed that client language overwrites store language on the client.

Client store shows on Turkish while web browser store shows with English.
Updating preference on client changes web language.
But if I update preference on web, it does not change client side store preference. Also language preference section shows whatever language its currently on web/client.


STEPS

• Open steam client.
  
• Go to setting "account settings / language preferences".
  
• Set primary language to anything but client Interface language. ( This will change primary language everywhere )
  
• Restart steam client.
  
• Go to steam client store and you will see that store language has changed to client interface language. ( other places than client is set to whatever you set at third step. But client is not. It gets overwritten by interface language )
