ISSUE
The library page for a game shows achievements as hidden, even when they're your own achievements. I expect that achievements from other users would stay hidden to avoid spoilers or secrets in the game, but the achievements I've collected in my own game that the library activity feed displays for me should be visible and not hidden.

Note that this only applies to my *other* Steam clients. If I sit at the computer acting as my server when using In Home Streaming, everything appears normally. I only have the achievements I've collected be hidden from me on my other computer.

STEPS

Play a game via In-Home Streaming.
Complete a hidden achievement.
Quit game and return to Steam client.
Look at the game's activity list.

RESULTS
Activity list in library shows "YOUR_USER_NAME achieved ..." some achievements, but they're hidden, even from yourself.

EXPECTED
I expect that I can see my own achievements in this list, even if the developer has marked them as hidden achievements for the purposes of hiding spoilers/secrets.
