Edit Collection Filters: "Gamepads" & "Steam Deck" dropdowns don't refresh if their filter is dismissed
ISSUE
The "Gamepads" and "Steam Deck" dropdowns (on the "Edit Collection Filters" page) don't refresh immediately after their associated filter is removed from the collection.

OS
Windows 10

STEPS
- Create a dynamic collection (e.g. Genre: "Action")
- Navigate to "Your collections" (Library > Collections)
- Right-click on the newly created collection and select "Edit Collection Filters"
- Click on the "Gamepads" and "Steam Deck" dropdowns and apply these filters:
"Xbox Controller" / "Verified Only"
- Clear these two filters from the collection
- Observe the state of both dropdowns

RESULTS
The dropdowns retain their previously selected filter as labels.
This can be fixed by navigating to a different page and then back to the collection.

EXPECTED
The dropdowns immediately refresh their labels to the default state ("Gamepads" & "Steam Deck") because their filters have been cleared.

Also, the "Gamepads" option listed at first place in the "Gamepads" dropdown is a superfluous placeholder.
It gets replaced by the "None" option (clear filter) when a gamepad filter is selected, so it should not be shown by default.

Similarly, the "All Games" option in the "Steam Deck" dropdown overwrites the label of the dropdown, even though it simply clears the current "Steam Deck" filter.

As such, it should not be shown at all and should also be replaced by a contextual "None" option (like the "Gamepad" dropdown).

Thank you very much for fixing this in the latest beta.
