[Fixed] Music Player: New track notification does not work
ISSUE
The music player in Steam has this option in the settings menu:
"Display a notification when a new track begins"

However this option does not actually work.
Neither on the desktop nor in game do any notifications appear when a new track begins.

Is this option actually functional?

OS
Windows 10

STEPS
- Make sure "Display a notification when a new track begins" (in Settings > Music) is enabled
- Install any game soundtrack
- Start playback of the soundtrack in Steam

RESULTS
No notification appears when the next track starts playing

EXPECTED
A notification should appear

Still happening in the latest beta (Steam Version: 1756851820).

Is this option just a non-functional legacy of the "old" music player?

EDIT: Yes, apparently it was. The option has been removed in the latest beta.
