Navigation to the wishlist via the store link in the upper right hand corner as well as via the store menu yields the same results. Restarting Steam appears to have no effect.
This. Why??? I'm not giving you my system info, because this is YOUR client, not MY system. You broke this with the newest roll-out, because you did not PROPERLY test it!!! Seriously? It's like you do not want to make money.

In the client I get a blank black screen, in the browser I get this error:
You've made too many requests recently. Please wait and try your request again later.
Note that I can still access my inventory, marketplace, workshop etc.
It's just the wishlist.
