-forcedesktopscaling not working in Beta
ISSUE
I am using a 1440p monitor and because of that I need to use "-forcedesktopscaling 1.25" this works in normal client but not in beta

OS
Windows 11

STEPS
- Right click on Steam shortcut
- Add -forcedesktopscaling 1.25 to the end of target section
- Launch steam from that shortcut

RESULTS
UI size stays the same, nothing have changed.

EXPECTED
UI size is increased by 25%

As for now, doesn't work in stable either.

It's no longer an option, use the slider under Accessibility. And the in-game overlay scales properly now too.
