ISSUE
Steam backup creates folders in Windows that cannot be accessed or renamed.

STEPS
Back up a game that has a name that ends with a period ("Project W.A.K.E.", "Invisible, Inc.", "Gremlins, Inc.") using the default name provided by Steam client.

RESULTS
The folder is created using the game's name and it ends with a trailing period, which is illegal in Windows. The folder cannot be accessed, renamed or deleted with Windows Explorer. The backup folder cannot be read, copied, moved or deleted using Windows Explorer.

EXPECTED
The backup folder should not have a trailing period and should therefore be accessible. The Steam client should sanitize the minput before creating an invalid folder.
