Steam stuck on offline mode

Im facing an issue whenever I launch steam everything works except when i try to open my friends list it won’t open as well as whenever i click on a game in my library all my friends profile pictures are showing question mark profile pics , this issue suddenly appeared a few days ago when i was playing elden ring nightrein I couldn’t join any game due to network issue which obviously caused by being stuck in offline mode.
Troubleshooting steps that i have done are below.

1- restarted the steam client as well as my computer (failed)
2- Tried to open open steam in big picure mode and minimize it (failed)
3- Uninstalled and reinstalled steam (issue was fixed momentarily) the day after the issue appeared again
4- My friend sent me a dm and that fixes the issue as well but the same thing happens after i close steam
5- tried many thing including running cmd commands the flushes dns or change the launch option in steam (failed)

This is quite frustrating as this is the first time ever in this 18 year old account that i face issue in steam which prevents me from playing most of the games as you are ware that being offline will prevent me to play in games online except games like battlefield which will run on origin app and that will allow me to play online , i haven’t tested other games only elden ring nightreighn which the same issue will happen to any other online game.

Please help me :(

i usually just go back and forth from restart to changing from on and off in the beta interface option.

Yeah bro i think its due to the update , i tries to uninstall it but one package remains and it won’t uninstall due to some error message , its quite frustrating as im unable to delete it and tried allot of methods but nothing worked. Idk what should i do should i get windows 10 or format my computer

also on step 3, when you uninstalled steam did you uninstall it COMPLETELY or did you uninstall all files except for steamapps and userdata?

No bro like since i got my pc its windows 11 and everything was working fine till my windows automatically installed this terrible update and this issue startes to happend.

For the uninstallation I completely removed everything about steam even the root file and reinstalled it and it worked but you are going to have to do it everytime , its like eveyone driving automatic and its only us are driving manual lmao.

Im thinking about installing Atlas Os i heard its good and it might fix the issue

And its not about waiting it out because it might never get fixed and god knows what when microsoft are going to put new update which even might not fix the issue , my advice try to either uninstall the current update and go back to the previous one or just format your computer , just to let you know im not a computer expert but here are some fixes

Smookey i have the EXACT same issue bro, after moving to windows 11 it was fine, after windows 11 updated my drivers thats where the problem started, but i doubt that only me and you got this issue. Personally i would wait . i recommend you wait until like Tuesday or Wednesday. Thought i would wait more because its not unplayable. Im not a computer expert too lol. (thanks for the tip)

I downloaded Atlas Os which is for windows 11 and it finally fixed my issue, very good operating system for gaming and removes most of Microsoft crap which takes allot of cpu and ram as well as its boosts your fps in most games I recommened you watch vids about it and it doesnt take allot of time to install , should you install make sure to uninstall steam then reinstall it and it will work :D
