serial number cant claim points
unable to claim rewards serial number does not load up what so ever, ive changed the ssd, boot, bios, ran different proton/GE.

From our logs, it looks like the Deck you are using was previously used by another player who redeemed the Steam Deck rewards for that device.

Okay, so how do we fix it? I'm having the same issue. A friend of mine sold the Steam Deck to me.

Steam Deck rewards are only redeemable once per device. If your friend redeemed them before selling you the Deck, you can't redeem them again.
