Steam Client Beta for Windows

ISSUE
- Drag & Drop is not working as intended on the Library 'HOME' page.
- Drag & Drop from new library landing page (HOME) interaction issues.

- P1: Item / Image stuck in Drag & Drop Zone
- P2: Moving ANY item (from LEFT PANEL) will show the last Drag & Drop interaction (only if P1 failed)
- P3: Drag & Drop cease to work after transition to collection view (only if P1 failed)

STEPS
Select Library
Select Item from landig page
Move Item to 'DRAG and HOLD here to view All Collections' wait 2 Seconds until Collection appears
Move item outside Collection Zone to cancel interaction

EXPECTED
Dropping Item from LIB to Collections

NOTES
Image: Drag a new item and drop it anywhere, old Image will disappear.
The drag & drop feature will work again after the steam cache has been emptied.
