"Come on you Apes, Do you wanna live forever"

Starship Troopers is a sci-fi story of man kinds fight against the Aracknid threat, a species of giant bugs that occpy several planets at the edge of the galaxy that the military have labled a no-go zone, though it is officially known as the Aracknid Quarantine Zone, or A.Q.Z for short. The war between humanity and the aracknids began after an astroid was knocked out of orbit by bug plasma, a kind of spore that the bugs use to colonies other planets, the astroid hits earth killing 8 million. All out war is declared soon after. An invasion of the bugs home world, the planet Klendathu is ordered. The Federation sends in its elite Mobile Infantry to invade the planet, an invasion force several hundred thousand stronge is landed, but it soon becomes clear that the defensive capabilities of the bugs has been severly under estimated. Casualties on Klendathu soon begin to rise and in one hour the Mobile Infantry have lost more than 100,000 dead with another 200,000 casualties suffered by the invasion fleet of starships orbiting the planet, the fleet is hit hard by bug plasma fired into orbit, many ships are disabled or distroyed and many have to be towed back to the mobile fleet base Ticonderoga. After suffering more than 300,000 casualties in one night, the invasion force is evacuated from Klendathu and a new plan to invade and eliminate the more lightly defended outer lying planets around Klendathu before returning to the bug home world is made. The next planet on the list is Tango Urilia, as part of the new strategy the fleet blasts the planet in advance of the Mobile Infantries attack. The Mobile infantry land on Tango Urilia and in a stunning Victory they clear the planet meeting little resistance thanks to the fleets bombardment, but soon after I distress call is recieved from wiskey outpost on planet P, but due to a new and previously unseen "brain bug" the battle of whisket outpost is a trap layed by the bugs, who are proving far smarter than anyone once thought. Fortunitly our hero "Jonny Rico" and his unit manage to successfully escape the trap, soon after the fleet amasses for a big offensive against Planet P. The Mobile Infantry are again sent into action and they hit back with another great victory the Mobile Infantry caplture planet P and the so called "brain bug", but the war is far from over.
