Special K Installer Gets Stuck at 99% on FAR install
I get to a screen like so: https://imgur.com/FXDD3pk Where it tells me the Software installation is ready for download, but when I click Yes, the loading bar merely refills all the way and prompts me to press Yes. Pressing it hundreds of times seems to yield no results. I opted to try the manual install, since Nier Automata is basically unplayable without this mod, and the game crashes without fail somewhere in the first mission. The crash fix mod didn't help that issue either, so I'm back trying the installer. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Install it manually, see instructions under FAR -> Manual Installation in the below guide:

Edit: Also, this is the download link you want: https://github.com/Kaldaien/FAR/releases/download/far_070/FAR_0_7_0_23.7z

And chose to disable updates when FAR prompts you that an "update is avaialable" on the first launch of the game. That's just because it doesn't realize it is actually installed already.

Thanks for your help, the mod definitely installed properly this time, however something even stranger has occurred. It runs smoothly at the default fps cap during the opening segment, and in the menus, but when I'm in command of 2B, the framerate drops extremely low to between 20-30fps with horrific stuttering. I definitely wasn't having this issue before, even with the improper mod installation that crashed frequently. Anyone happen to have any suggestions on this one? Thank you all very much

I've heard some other users experience something similar. Try another version of FAR, e.g. v0.7.0.10, and see if that solves it: https://github.com/Kaldaien/FAR/releases/download/far_070/FAR_0_7_0_10.7z
