Cant Bring up the Config Menu.
Hi there! Ive installed FAR for Nier Automata but it seems the combination control+shift+backspace doesnt bring up the config menu for me. I dont know if im doing something wrong here, tried for two hours last night with no results. This morning too with no results. I get the yellow texts when starting the game and everything seems to work fine.

Thanks for any kind of feedback!

Open dinput8.ini in your game folder (might be called dxgi.ini if you're using an old version) and ensure that EnableCEGUI equals true and not false. If it does equal false, change it to true and then launch the game again.
Hi, thanks for the answer im now able to bring up the config menu! But when I tick the remove 60 FPS cap, it still gives me 60 or below with v-sync off like it still is capped. Any idea what can cause this
the framerate limiter displays 59.939991 I dont know if its relevant.

Read the chapter regarding unlocking the framerate in the below guide. Please make sure to read the informative text on the top of the chapter as well before you make the changes:

The chapter is titled: Enable Higher Frame Rate (>60 FPS)

I have a similar problem as OP. I can only bring up the config menu at the very first loading screen of the game upon startup, right before the main menu appears. After that loading screen, the screen turns black, then loads up the main menu, and I can't bring up the FAR OSD at all by that point. I do have Enable CEGUI set to true.

Ensure that you do not have both dxgi.dll and dinput8.dll in your game folder. dxgi.dll is the old versions of the mod, dinput8.dll is the later versions of the mod.

Oh, okay. There are 3 different files: dxgi, dxgi.dll and dxgi.pdb. Should I delete them all?

Remove all of them and then reinstall FAR by redownloading the automated installer from the main thread. It seems you have an outdated version of the mod installed.

Install all the prerequisites (listed in the main thread and in the linked guide in this thread) and ensure that incompatible third-party applications (RivaTuner Statistics Server, Discord, FRAPS, Razer, and similar) are not running while playing the game.

If the issue persists, upload your modules.log and dinput8.log to pastebin.com and link them here.

Hi, thanks for your answer. I turned off Discord (only it was running), and checked the prerequisites. But nothing change. Ctrl+Shift+Space= Nothing happened. Here is my "modules.log" and "dinput8.log".

*dinput8: https://pastebin.com/VWMH2w9m

That’s the dinput8.ini file. The dinput8.log file resides in the same folder as modules.log
